新鮮葉含柳穿魚甙（pectolinarin）。地上部分含有φ -蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯（φ-taraxasteryl acetate），
β-香樹脂醇乙酸酯（β-amyrin acetate），三十二烷醇（dotriacontanol）， 豆甾醇（stigmasterol），β-谷甾醇（β-sitosterol），柳穿魚素（pectolinari-genin）。
根含油，內有單紫杉烯（aplotaxene），二氫單紫杉烯（dihydroaplotaxene），四氫單紫杉烯（tetrahydroaploaplotaxene），六氫單紫杉烯（hexahdroaploataxene），1-十五碳烯（1-pentadecene）， 香附子烯（cyperene），丁香烯（caryophyllene），羅漢柏烯（thujop-sene），α-雪松烯（α-himachalene），順式的8，9-環氧-1-十七碳烯-11，13-二炔-10-醇（8，9-epoxy-heptadeca-1-en-11,13-diyn-10-ol）.
根中還含蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯（ataxasteryl acetate），φ-蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯，菊糖（inulin）。
